Yes, you can. You may order from any online store and have it delivered directly to our warehouse:

Yes. We partnered with UPS, so customers from any U.S. state can ship with us.

How does it work?

1. Request a shipping label from us by providing:
   • Full Name
   • Address
   • Email
   • Phone Number
   • Number of Packages
2. We email you the shipping label.
3. Drop your package at any UPS location.

Air Freight: Approximately 1 week. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or political instability.

Ocean Freight: Between 2 and 4 weeks depending on port conditions and destination.

Yes. Protection is optional but recommended.

Cost: $8 per $100 of declared value.

Example:

If your package is valued at $300:

Insurance cost = 3 × $8 = $24

Protection covers 80% of the declared value in case of loss or damage.

You can easily track your shipment on our website, or by downloading the Dalbagay App. Through the platform you will be able to:

• Track your shipment status in real time
• View package details and updates
• Receive delivery notifications
• Manage your shipments and payments

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit cards, debit cards, EziPay Wallet, MonCash, and cash at our office locations.
